AVERY-SMITH SHORE LAND, Readfield (F) This scenic 7-acre woodland includes 1200 feet of shoreline and is the largest stretch of natural land on the east shore of Echo Lake.

Access: The property is best viewed from the water. Closest access point is the boat launch on Rt. 41 in West Mount Vernon at the northeast end of Echo Lake. Look for KLT sign on shoreline.
