Seawards Mills Stream Conservation Area Hike

  • Seawards Mills Stream Conservation Area Seaward Mills Rd Vassalboro, ME, 04989 United States

Join us for a late winter/early spring hike along the Mills Stream. This KLT conservation property, donated by longtime Vassalboro resident Elizabeth Cole in 2011, includes more than fifteen acres of hay and corn fields, as well as woodlands and 3,800 feet of frontage on historic Mill Stream. The Mill Stream, which flows from the outlet of Three Mile Pond into Webber Pond, is habitat for great blue herons, brook trout, and many other Maine wildlife species. Meet at the KLT sign and registration box on Seaward Mills Road.  All ages are welcome.
