Surry Hill Full Moon Snowshoe Hike

Surry Hill Conservation Area

Join KLT staff and volunteer property stewards to take advantage of the full moon for a hike or snowshoe at the Surry Hill Conservation Area on Thursday, January 25 at 5:30 PM. Please bring what you need to be comfortable for a night walk in winter, including a headlamp or flashlight, snowshoes, warm clothes, water, snacks, etc. The family-friendly hike will be approximately two miles long. Directions: Turn south on Tom Surry Road from Route 17, opposite the Fayette Central School. In about 0.4 miles, the town-maintained road ends, and on your right is a town turn-around. The entrance to the Surry Hill parking area is at the north end of this town turn-around.
