On March 28, The City of Hallowell donated an eight acre conservation easement, the Effie L. Berry Conservation Area, to KLT. This new property, part of the Stevens Commons complex, was donated to the City of Hallowell by Mastway Development. 

Join the Hallowell Conservation Commission, Mastway Development, and KLT to celebrate this property on Earth Day. 

Directions:  The property is located behind 7 Coos Lane (Cleveland Building) at the North end of the Stevens Commons complex off of Winthrop Street in Hallowell. The entrance to Coos Lane is about a half mile from Water Street.
